Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to you within up to 3 business days after your order has been shipped
Processing times may be extended during peak periods such as Ramadan, Eid, end-of-year holidays, and Christmas.

📍 Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned due to a failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery timeframes are outside our direct control.
