When will my order arrive?
Our current free-shipping estimate is 8–15 business days, plus 1–3 business days for processing. Timing may vary by destination. Read delivery details.
Do I need painting experience?
No experience needed. Match the numbers on the canvas with the numbered paints. Kits include the canvas, paints, brushes and a reference guide.
What is the difference between the frames?
DIY Frame includes wooden stretcher bars to assemble yourself after painting. Ready Frame arrives with the canvas pre-stretched on a wooden frame, ready to paint.
How do the separate bundle offers work?
Paint kits: add 3 eligible kits and the lowest-priced kit becomes free; the offer repeats for each qualifying group of 3 kits. Books: add 3 and pay for 2, or add 5 and pay for 3. Items from one range never count towards the other. Both ranges can qualify in the same order. Each book offer applies once per order, to separate groups of books.
Can I return my order?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging; exclusions apply. Read the return policy.
